Returns policy

• We’re sure you’ll love your garment and it’ll fit. We have sizing guides for all our clothing. However, if you are not happy or it doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer you a full refund (minus postage cost) or exchange your item within 14 days. As long as it is returned in perfect condition.

• If an item reaches you damaged or faulty, we'll swap it for a new one and pay the postage for the item to be returned.

• If you item doesn’t’ fit. Please email info@barrybados.com or contact us via our website. We can exchange your item, no problem

Receipt of Purchase

• Once ordered you will get an email form Wix confirming your order. We have known this to take up to an hour. However, the majority of the time, its near enough instant.

• We don’t send out individual receipts, your Wix receipt is confirmation of your purchase.

Postage delivery

• We usually send all of our postage items out within 24-48 hours and are usually sent second class. Please allow up to 7 days for postage orders to arrive before contacting us. Some items are made to order and there could be up to a 3 day production time, before sending. This could include some bespoke items, such as clothing, Christmas items, notebooks etc
